Karate training can build self-confidence and create positive experiences from which your child can draw upon to handle many of the difficult situations that can develop in life. Strength, self-defense skills, and respect for others are a few of the things your child can expect to gain from training. A level of discipline is maintained during class which maximizes the training experience, keeps the classes enjoyable, and helps the child develop the disciplinary skills necessary to function in a group environment. Leadership and self-expression are developed as students gain such privileges as counting for the group and occasionally assisting instructors. Competition is kept in perspective. Mental focus, effort, and application of controlled behavior can be just as valuable as natural ability.

Kids classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:15pm to 7:00pm. Please contact us if you have any questions about this program.
